About Nate Garner
Former NFL Offensive Lineman | Head Football Coach | Entrepreneur | Speaker

Built on the Line
I played offensive line at the University of Arkansas, where I learned what it means to compete at the highest level and put the team first. The NFL came calling, and I spent seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins (2008–2014), playing in 74 games with 19 starts across all five offensive line positions. Wearing #75, I took pride in being the guy who could play anywhere the team needed me — center, guard, or tackle. That versatility wasn’t just a skill set. It was a mindset.
The NFL taught me discipline, preparation, resilience, and what it takes to perform when the pressure is real. Every snap is earned. Nothing is given. Those lessons didn’t stay on the field — they followed me into everything I’ve built since.

From Player to Coach
After my playing career, I answered the call to coach. Today I serve as Head Football Coach at North Greenville University, where we’ve built something special. Our program went 6-0 in conference play, won the CC Bowl, earned a spot in the NCAA Division II playoffs, and I was honored as Coach of the Year. But the wins on the scoreboard are only part of the story.
My coaching philosophy — what I call ALPHA — is about developing the total man. It’s Christ-centered leadership applied to every area of life: Accountability, Leadership, Purpose, Humility, and Action. I’m not just coaching football players. I’m coaching future husbands, fathers, leaders, and men of impact.
Beyond the Field
Off the field, I run Garner Legacy LLC — a business built on the same principles I coach. I provide professional web services, drone videography, and strategic consulting. I host the ALPHA Golf Classic, run the Garner Legacy Foundation, and produce ALPHA Sports Media — a platform for Christ-centered sports commentary and conversation.
I’m also a speaker who’s been blessed to share my story at churches, conferences, corporate events, and youth camps across the country. My message is simple: real leadership starts with serving others, faith is the foundation for everything, and the legacy you leave is the only thing that lasts.

Faith & Family
At the center of it all is my faith in Jesus Christ and my family. I’m married to my wife Tiffany, and together we’re raising three sons. Everything I do — coaching, business, speaking, serving — flows from my identity as a husband, father, and follower of Christ. That’s the real legacy.
“The legacy you leave is the life you live — every single day.”
